Todd Smith is a founding principal of The Acclaim Group. He attended Boston College and Syracuse University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

Todd has specialized in providing tenant representation services to clients on both a local and national level since 1986. To date, he has completed transactions in forty-three states totaling several million square feet. Todd has a superior understanding of complex financial analysis. He has developed proprietary software models to analyze and compare actual and discounted cash flows for various types of transactions including net lease, gross lease, sublease and lease vs. buy.

Todd is a lifelong New Jersey resident. He enjoys outdoor sports, martial arts and motorcycling.
